Ellen Mulcrone Coaching — General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any course, programme, membership, or digital product offered by Ellen Mulcrone Coaching (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Overview

Ellen Mulcrone Coaching provides educational, mindset, and business coaching experiences through online courses, group programmes, memberships, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”).

Each product or programme may include live calls, community access, recorded materials, templates, or other resources as described on the respective sales or checkout page.

These Terms apply to all purchases and Services provided by Ellen Mulcrone Coaching, including (but not limited to): The Garden, The Seedling, private coaching, memberships, live challenges, VIP support containers, and digital downloads.

 

2. Access & Duration

Access to content, communities, or live calls is provided as outlined on each specific product or programme page.
“Lifetime access” refers to access for as long as the product, platform, or community continues to be operated by the Company.

If a programme or community is discontinued, participants will receive reasonable notice and continued access to core materials where possible.

 

3. Payments & Plans

By purchasing, you agree to pay the full price displayed at checkout.
You may select a pay-in-full or an approved payment plan, where available.

If you choose a payment plan:

  • Your card will be charged automatically on the schedule agreed at checkout.

  • You are responsible for completing all instalments in full.

  • Payments continue even if you choose to pause, withdraw, or stop engaging with the materials early.

All sales are final and non-refundable.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any chargeback will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in loss of access.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access until the account is brought current.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, limited-capacity group spaces, and immediate access to materials upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that your payment secures your space and immediate access to resources, and that preparation begins upon enrolment.

If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments.

 

5. Community Conduct

Our spaces are built on trust, safety, and mutual respect. You agree to:

  • Treat all participants, team members, and guest experts with respect.

  • Keep all information shared by others strictly confidential.

  • Not share or reproduce any screenshots, replays, or materials outside the community.

  • Not transfer, sell, or share your login credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these guidelines or disrupts the community, without refund.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, templates, and frameworks shared through our Services are the intellectual property of Ellen Mulcrone Coaching.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your own business and educational purposes only.
You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any materials without written permission.

Live calls and group sessions may be recorded and made available as replays to current and future participants. By attending, you consent to being recorded.

 

7. Disclaimer

Our Services provide educational and coaching support, not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.

While we aim to support you in your personal and business growth, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes or earnings.
Results depend on your own effort, commitment, and personal circumstances.
Testimonials and examples are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

 

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal stories, coaching insights, and business information shared by other participants or the Company.

You also acknowledge that while we take reasonable steps to protect privacy, we cannot be held responsible for any participant’s breach of confidentiality within community spaces.

 

9. Technology & Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have the required technology, internet access, and tools to participate in online courses or calls.
We are not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or access interruptions beyond our control.

 

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in England, UK.

Ellen Mulcrone Coaching currently operates as a sole-trader entity under UK jurisdiction. Should this change (for example, to Mexico), updated Terms will be published accordingly.

 

11. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

  • You understand all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • You understand you are responsible for completing all payments under any chosen plan.

  • You acknowledge this is a coaching and educational service, not a substitute for professional therapy or financial advice.
