The Garden — Terms of Enrolment

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in The Garden (the "Programme") delivered by Ellen Mulcrone Coaching ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By completing your purchase through the checkout page, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Programme Overview
The Garden is a group coaching programme designed for coaches and service providers.
The Programme is structured in two phases:
Phase 1 — The Garden Intensive (Months 1–3)
- 3 live group coaching calls per month
- Full access to The Garden curriculum and online learning portal
- The Garden team support between calls
- Access to The Garden community on Circle
Phase 2 — The Garden Inner Circle (Months 4–6, complimentary)
- Bi-weekly live coaching calls
- Access to the full Garden alumni community on Circle
- Optional add-on: bespoke one-to-one sessions (available at an additional cost)
Following the complimentary 3-month Inner Circle period, continued membership is available on an ongoing paid basis.
This Programme combines business strategy, offer design, mindset work, and community accountability to help participants build sustainable, values-driven businesses.
2. Duration of Access
Your 3-month intensive period of live support begins on your official cohort start date. Lifetime access to the curriculum is granted upon purchase.
Following the intensive, you will receive 3 months of complimentary access to The Garden Inner Circle.
Access links and community invitations are issued after purchase and in line with the cohort start date.
3. Payments & Plans
By purchasing, you agree to pay the full Programme fee as displayed on the checkout page at the time of enrolment.
You may choose to pay in full or via an approved payment plan. If you select a payment plan, your card will be charged automatically each month until the full balance is paid.
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are on a payment plan, your payment obligation continues even if you decide to pause, withdraw, or stop attending calls early.
You agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason. If a chargeback is initiated, it will be treated as a breach of these Terms and your access may be revoked. Failure to complete payments may result in immediate suspension of access to calls, community, and materials until the account is brought current.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of this Programme — which includes pre-access onboarding, limited group spaces, and digital materials — all sales are final.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including if you request to withdraw before receiving access or before the Programme begins. By enrolling, you understand that your payment secures your space in a limited-capacity cohort and that preparation work and system access begin immediately upon purchase.
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you decide not to participate or access the materials.
5. Community Conduct
We are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment. You agree to:
- Treat all members, coaches, and guest experts with respect
- Maintain confidentiality around personal or business information shared by others
- Refrain from sharing screenshots, replays, or materials from within the Programme
- Avoid any behaviour that disrupts calls or communities
Your login is personal. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your access or materials to any third party. Participants who violate these guidelines may be removed from the Programme without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All Programme materials — including videos, templates, slides, and frameworks — are the intellectual property of Ellen Mulcrone Coaching. These are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or share them publicly or commercially without written permission.
Calls and Q&As may be recorded for replay inside the Programme. By participating, you consent to being recorded and for the recordings to be shared with current and future cohorts.
7. Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of specific results or income. Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and business circumstances. Examples or testimonials are illustrative only and not promises of future outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
All personal and business information shared within the Programme — including stories, strategies, and proprietary material — is confidential. You agree not to disclose or repurpose this information outside the Programme.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in England, UK. Ellen Mulcrone Coaching currently operates as a sole-trader entity under UK jurisdiction. Should this business registration or jurisdiction change, updated Terms will be published accordingly.
10. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By completing your purchase through the checkout page, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms of Enrolment
- You agree to abide by the policies outlined above
- You understand that your payments are non-refundable and must be completed in full
- You understand that this Programme offers educational and coaching support, not therapy, financial, or legal advice
